The Truth is Cool website was designed with one thing in mind: Tell the truth. The concept for the website was designed to promote user participation, original content and raise the bar on truthful reporting. Behind the scenes, Truth is Cool was developed form the ground up to be simple, flexible and user-friendly both on the front end and in the Content management system.
The framework of the website was built on the LandmarkCMS platform which enabled West of Orange to quickly develop and launch the website within 4 weeks using an agile methodology.
CMS Administrators can control all content on a page including the scrolling headline images, sidebar content and body content on every page. Custom modules can be added to sidebars and page content via the CMS and include calendars, upcoming and featured events, custom content, news articles and more.
